Spanish hot chocolate

El Canario Spanish hot chocolate - you may have tried this on your travels and dreamed of recreating it back home.

 

For a luxuriously thick drink, mix 200-250ml of milk in a pan with two large spoonfuls of this drinking chocolate and whisk until it’s the consistency you prefer.

 

Make it a bit thicker for dipping our almond croissants in as a weekend treat.
